FRENCH meringue

 
INgredients
 
  • YUMGO Blanc       200  gr

  • Sugar                    400 gr

STEPS
  • Beat YUMGO Blanc until stiff.

  • Start to add sugar progressively (in 2-3 times) and continue beating. 

  • Once ready, use a a pastry tube and pipe the meringue in the desired shape.

  • Bake at 100°C for 1 h 30 minutes.
