CHOcolate Mousse

IngrEdients
 
  • Soy Milk                 180 gr

  • Chocolate 70%      300 gr

  • YUMGO Blanc       200 gr

  • Sugar                     60 gr

Steps
  • Beat YUMGO Blanc until stiff

  • Heat up milk. Just before boiling, mix chocolate with milk. 

  • Let the chocolate to cool until temperature drops to 30-32° C.

  • Pour the melted chocolate on YUMGO blanc. Mix slowly with a spatula. 

  • Keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before eating.
